2026 Taiwan Arbitration Week: Seminar on Cross-Border Investment Risk Management and Dispute Resolution in Thailand and Vietnam (23 October, hosted by Far East International Law Office)
As Southeast Asia becomes a key base for Taiwanese companies, the legal risks, contract management and dispute resolution issues involved in investing in Thailand and Vietnam deserve closer attention. During the 2026 Taiwan Arbitration Week, Far East International Law Office and the Chinese Arbitration Association, Taipei will host this seminar with practising lawyers from Thailand and Vietnam, sharing how Taiwanese investors manage risk and handle disputes in both countries.
